I'm going to try and dispell some myths that go around and also educate the average home user about their computer. It doesn't matter if you a grandmother or simply the 30yr old who just never got into computers until now. There are hurdles that sometimes seem impossible to get over, but with a little help I think we can make the jump and the first steps to becoming computer literate.
